After 32 years and over 21,000 cars sold, Metro Ford relocated in 2003 to 825 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley. The ten million dollar centrally located Metro Ford development is now home to Queensland’s flagship Ford dealership, providing the full range of sales, service, parts and administration facilities for all divisions of Metro Ford.
The 6,880 square metre Ann, Connor and McLachlan Streets site is also one of the world’s newest Ford ‘Brand at Retail’ dealerships, showcasing Ford’s vision for the future of automotive sales and service. From the ground up, our new premises have been designed and constructed as Brisbane’s Ford dealership of choice. It’s all part of our long term commitment to the Brisbane market.

Metro Ford Service
Metro Ford’s state-of-the-art Service Upgrade Facility is the future of convenient, value for money car servicing. When you arrive our innovative, interactive reception process allows you, the customer, to join a Team Manager in inspecting your vehicle - both under the bonnet and under the car. In just a few minutes, you’ll have a complete understanding of what work is required, and how much the service will cost.
This interactive process is a global Ford initiative, in conjunction with Metro Ford’s Service Upgrade Facility to provide our customers with the most streamlined, cost-effective car servicing experience available today. A Metro Ford courtesy bus to and from the CBD ensures our service customers get to work on time.
Daytime loan cars can be provided for a small fee, subject to availability.
Metro Ford Panel Shop
The Metro Ford Panel Shop, at 12 Leonard Crescent Brendale, performs major and minor smash repairs to all makes and models of passenger vehicles, 4WDs and light commercial vehicles. We’re a Suncorp Recommended Repairer and a PPG ‘Lifetime Guarantee’ Authorised Refinisher, which gives our customers the benefit of exceptional support from our suppliers.
The Metro Ford Panel Shop proudly works within the requirements of all existing environmental laws.
24 Hour Breakdown Service and On Site Servicing
A qualified Metro Ford service technician is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to assist Metro Ford customers in the event of a vehicle breakdown in the Brisbane metropolitan area. For minimum downtime and the ultimate in convenience, Metro Ford offers an On Site Servicing option for our business customers, providing prompt and professional vehicle servicing at your place of business.
Metro Ford Parts and Refinish Distribution
Metro Ford’s new purpose-built parts distribution facility, at 150 Fison Avenue Eagle Farm, is the largest single location Ford parts distributor in Australia – carrying over 28,000 different Ford product lines and supplying Ford dealers throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales.
